LC Equipment

The Language Center has two sets of iClickers, a data projector, digital audio recorders, CD/audio tape players, portable DVD players, digital camcorders, and laptop computers (Mac or PC) available for checkout.

Equipment Checkout Policy

Language classes and language-related activities have priority for use of Language Center equipment. Much of Language Center equipment is limited to use in Jones Hall.

Language Center equipment may be checked-out for both day and extension classes, overnight and over the weekend, provided the instructor has access to secure storage space.

The following can only be checked out for use in Jones Hall.

Day School Equipment Loans: Instructors are expected to pick up the equipment they have reserved. The instructor is responsible for returning equipment to 110 Jones immediately after class.

Extension Equipment Loans: The instructor is responsible for picking up equipment after 4:00 p.m. The instructor is responsible for returning equipment to 110 Jones the same evening by 8:50 p.m. Monday through Thursday or by 9:00 a.m. the next class day, provided secure storage facilities are available.
