Co-sponsored by CARLA

Communicating with native speakers . . . from a distance. Come hear from instructors whose students have “talked” with peers around the world through email or the Wimba voice tools. Join in the discussion of how to find partner-classes, design the activity for linguistic practice and cultural exchange, and anticipate both human and technological challenges!

Thursday, April 2, 12:20 – 1:10pm, Jones 35

Presenters: Frances Matos-Schultz, Spanish; Trina Whitaker, Lydia Belateche, French; Friederike Weiss, German; Ellen Wormwood, CLA Language Center
