LC Multimedia Dev Studio Overview

The Language Center Multimedia Development Studio is located in 127 Jones Hall. The studio is available for language instructors, faculty, staff, and their student assistants to work on instructional multimedia development projects.

The Multimedia Dev Studio is equipped with two Mac computer workstations, audio and video digitizing hardware and software, DVD creation tools, video, audio and image editing software, and other multimedia development and production tools. The lab is used by instructors for projects such as:

• Editing video clips, and burning them to DVDs or uploading them to course websites
• Working with digital audio: recording and editing audio files; creating audio CDs or compressing files for delivery via the web
